Extrusion and solid state polymerization

Clean flakes are delivered via air conveyor to extrusion and granulation line: metal separation, pre heater, extrusion, degassing (elimination of steam, AA and other impurities), filtration, granulation, dehydration, sorting and transporting of amorphous pet in storing silos.

On final stage amorphous pet passing through SSP column becomes PET bottle grade.
