Dear suppliers. Please, note that starting from June 01, 2016 the rules of acceptance of incoming raw materials (PET bottles) are to be amended.
1. Amended requirements to the bales:
- package weight must not exceed 1 % of the total weight of bales;
2. If inconsistent raw materials are found in the bale (in accordance with the above requirements) from the total weight of the lot are to be removed:
- package weight exceeding allowed 1 %.
- if bales are wet (water flows, presence of snow, ice), selected for control bales are weighed and are stored in a dry room (for drying) for at least 12 hours, then weighed again and the difference in weight before and after drying is determined by the mass fraction of moisture. The obtained average value of moisture content is removed from the weight of the entire lot;
- 3% of the total weight of the lot if bottles are agreed to be of 2 category degree of pollution;

3 A new requirement is also included:
The lot of raw materials, which control bales have been put in quarantine to determine the moisture content (water flows from the bales, the presence of snow, ice), should be kept in a quarantine area till results for moisture content are received. After receiving the results of the moisture content Act of acceptance of raw materials should be done for this lot (usually the next day after receipt of raw materials).
